Custom font
Use this feature to change the font of the chat button to better suit the look and feel, and/or branding of your website.
Description
When this feature is on, a custom font will be used for the chat button label.
Configuration
Font embeds
Here is where you will include any embed tags required for the use of your desired font. This might include <link rel="preconnect" types of tags, as well as the <link href= tag for the font file itself.
Font family
Specify the name of the font family here.
Font weight
Here you will specify which weight (or "boldness" level) to use for the font. Note that not all fonts will have a variation for every possible weight. In these cases, the font will render using the closest available weight.
Preview text
Type any value into this field to see it rendered in the box underneath. This is useful for validating that all fields are configured correctly.
